I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. In my experience, it was a month interview process. Had a phone call, followed by a test, then a hiring manager interview, and then got a job offer. It was pretty chill.

First, you get a phone interview 24 to 48 hours after submitting your CV through their official link (mine was sent via SMS), then an online exam.
