Initially, I was interviewed through a phone call. It was like a personal detail confirmation. Then, the other week, I underwent a pre-employment assessment, which was really tough. Finally, I had an HR interview through a phone call.

It was straightforward. The questions being asked were clear and connected to what you're applying for. It was somewhat easy for me, but it really depends on how you handle an interview.

It's kind of confusing. I did the assessment and passed it on-site. My next process was an interview, but I was told my interview would be next week, so I waited. A week later, I received an email. It was an assessment email. I was confused because
