Best work culture; employees are treated very well.

I complained about two of my seniors (let's call them Mr. A and Mr. B) to my team lead, as my seniors weren't behaving appropriately and even abused me several times (which included below-the-belt jokes) which they apparently used to call their friendly nature. My team lead was very supportive and took the case to my managers. My senior manager understood the situation. They asked me to take this case to HR, which I did. I was about to resign in a few days as I had to proceed for my further education.

Mr. A somehow knew HR, and I don't know how HR dealt with the situation, but no action was taken against them. One of my junior managers also took their side, and they were all waiting for my last working day to get over. Eventually, I left Accenture, and nothing was taken under consideration.

My team lead tried his best to make them realize their mistake by making sure if some action was taken against them or not. But nothing happened.

This is one of the things that I had never expected from this MNC.
