Pros

Joining Accenture may prevent you from being jobless, and you can use this experience on your resume when switching to other companies.

It allows you to stay on the bench for the initial six months; you get a salary for doing nothing.

Cons

They hardlocked us into a service-desk project, where the work was to provide voice support. (Imagine Software Engineers being compelled to do this!)

Those who refused to work on this project were told to either resign or accept the project.

The training for this project was held in-person from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

The project required night-shift timings with work from the office five days a week. (No work from home!)

Advice to Management

Your employees are not your slaves. Don't force them into rubbish projects with non-tech work, just by threatening them to resign if they don't accept these stupid projects.
