Accenture is a very flexible workplace; you can work from home and also has flexible hours. The people are also very approachable. I have learned so many things from Accenture.
Management is not good for all projects. Promotions take too long.
Promote your employees when you see they deserve it.

Associate Software Engineer
All the rounds went well, including the interview, but I don't know what went wrong. I did not get shortlisted. The hiring process is very random and a very time-taking process. I had to wait for 1 month to know the interview results.

Very basic and simple questions with moderate logic questions. Lastly, the HR and communication round are easy, but the Pearson site for communication skills is very bad. It observes too much noise, so you have to be in a very sound place.
