Accenture is really good when it comes to hiring fresh grads. They give opportunities to employees who don't have any work experience. The pay is enough for an ASE, health insurance is given which is great, there are paid sick leaves and vacation leaves, a Christmas bonus, a performance bonus that we call LVP (local variable pay), and of course the 13th-month pay.
