Pros

Accenture is really good when it comes to hiring fresh grads. They give opportunities to employees who don't have any work experience. The pay is enough for an ASE, health insurance is given which is great, there are paid sick leaves and vacation leaves, a Christmas bonus, a performance bonus that we call LVP (local variable pay), and of course the 13th-month pay.

Cons

Cons depend on the project to which you are deployed. Some projects hard-lock employees, so at times you cannot choose your career path. If you want to break free from a hard-lock project, you really have to fight for it gracefully.

Advice to Management

The hiring process is great, actually. It's neat and fast. As said in the cons, the problem comes only when you have realized the career path you want to take at Accenture, but a project won't let go of you.
