Pros

No attendance policy. One of the few companies where it is easier to prepare for CAT and other management exams.

Cons

Not a good company for people having technical aspirations. Low salary. Even if you want to go into the managerial side, it's better to get an MBA. False brand illusion. Lots of support/maintenance projects, with no growth in technical skills in such projects. Managers then exploit you as you cannot switch on such skills.

Accenture clearly exploits employees with a diploma in engineering.

Advice to Management

For technical projects, managers should be coding capable at all times and should have vast experience. Most importantly, they should be mature. Just giving a promotion does not make one a good manager; they should be mature, and experience makes a difference.

Importantly, Accenture should assign support/maintenance projects to employees on the basis of their wishes and qualifications, and under strict rotational policies for them.
