Fair amount of compensation, a nice environment to work in. Employees and fellow colleagues are friendly and cordial. One of the top 5 IT companies in the world, hence lots of opportunity for growth and personal development. Good skill training is given to employees, with lots of opportunity to enhance skill growth.
In my short period of stay with Accenture, it was difficult to find faults with my company, but here are some anyway:
- Long working hours
- Frequent change of senior management
