It doesn't matter how talented and hard-working you are; your manager might still report you as a redundant employee by stating stupid reasons. This creates a highly insecure job environment.

Promotions are purely on the basis of relations with your manager.

Instead of firing people and constantly hiring new ones, please focus on the overall development of the employee pool. This will lead to happy employees, which might create a positive atmosphere leading to good productivity.

Tasks should be picked up by people of all levels rather than making only ASEs and SEs do all the work.
