I was a direct campus hire.
- People were friendly and supportive.
- Accenture Stream Training is good. They train you in the initial two months on a certain technology and then assign you a project as per the requirements.
- The compensation is fair when comparing to other IT servicing companies.
- The company provides transport facilities.
- I had to wait for 5 months after my graduation to begin my employment.
- People are not given a choice about which technology they want to be trained for in the stream training and are rather assigned the technology directly.
