Salary on time, good infrastructure, ITP is awesome. GFT training is very easy. Onsite opportunity, but it depends on luck.
A manager can do anything if you're buttering them up. Then you will be on top of other employees, whether you do work or not. If you receive a below-average rating, then you are out of the company. The manager is the boss, and TLs are just a title.
