When you join as a fresher, you'll be put under 70 days of training, and you'll go through 3 exams. Guys, please make sure that you concentrate on that training, because the 1-month common training is not up to the mark, so you'll have to be prepared by yourself. Otherwise, if you fail the test, you'll be fired immediately.
When freshers join, they undergo two months of training.
Candidates are from all engineering streams, but you can't assume they all know programming. You should understand this and increase the level of training for them so they can learn better.
I'm saying all this because a lot of candidates failed this training and were eventually fired. So please provide the best training, keeping in mind that you've hired students from non-IT/CSE streams too.
