Without your concern and knowledge, they can put you in any domain across any part of the world. After so much suffering, the work assigned to ASEs can be done by a school-going child. There is no or very little scope (for the few lucky fellows who manage to get good projects) of development for ASEs.
Before assigning any domain to ASE, please check their background knowledge. Please follow preferences regarding work location and don't force employees to either relocate or exit.
