They put you on the bench for more than a month. After that, if they find you suitable for a project, they assign you and give you some work.
They can terminate you at any time if you can't adjust with your team, or if you are too interactive with the team. In other words, they put you in a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and give you some critical tasks which you are unable to complete within four weeks. At last, you have to resign unfortunately by any means, or you can say termination.
