It is not always the organization that matters; sometimes, the resources do matter.

This is one of the best organizations to work for, but some people in the organization are trying their best, intentionally or unintentionally, to bring the brand value of the company in a downward direction. They are trying to curtain the growth of a lot of resources just in order to save their positions.
