Pros

You get the tag of working in an MNC. You will get to learn many technologies.

People, including supervisors, were helpful at times, and even the highest-level person in the project used to treat freshers with respect.

I even got an onsite opportunity to Switzerland within a few months of joining.

There is no sir/mam culture. Sometimes you feel awkward to call the senior-most person by their name, but you just have to do it.

*These points may vary wildly depending on the project you are in.

Cons

Hectic job, no work-life balance nor job security for seniors, which leads them to extract as much work as possible from juniors, making life hell for everyone. Very low salary for the amount of work extracted (though it's better than what other service-based companies offer to freshers). Too many expectations from freshers. According to some seniors, freshers should give all their time to learning and working (we are not humans and therefore don't deserve work-life balance even after receiving a meager salary). 'ASE' is just for name. I developed full applications while receiving less salary than an SSE and TL. Most seniors have mastery in only one to two technologies; they don't know any programming language, yet freshers should know as many languages as possible.
