The working space was good, and the team I was working with was friendly. However, it was a big team, and as one of the few juniors, I had very little scope for personal growth.
Very little scope of growth unless you have good relations with your managers. The pay scale at entry level, after an engineering degree, is very meager due to heavy recruitment at entry level.
Management varies from project to project, and it varies with your relation towards them. Some make you slog, while some are relaxed. Work-life balance is usually good.
