Highly organized. Good work culture. Lot of scope for learning. Good infrastructure and facilities. Lot of growth opportunities if you work hard.
Your training domain is randomly assigned. You do not have a choice and hence sometimes you may have to compromise with your interests.
Take employees' personal interests and intellectual capabilities into account before assigning them to a certain domain. This will result in higher efficiency.
