Crappy management with a biased mindset. Strong corporate politics observed.
We should heed employee welfare more.

Good experience to have as an entry-level fresher as a final-year undergrad. Must have strong basic knowledge about any one programming language. Must know OOPs concepts, databases, etc. Be good in communication.
