The cafe is good. The infrastructure is good.
Not much growth.
9.5 hr shift, I am working for 11-12 hrs daily.
Formal dress code.
Treat employees like people, not machines. Managers are bad; they just want work to be done. Sometimes you feel like leaving the company.
