Multinational company. Lots of opportunities. Good benefits.
They hire so many ASE, but they just throw them to the service desk.
I applied to be a developer, but since there are no available projects, they transferred me to the service desk. Although they still hire so many ASE?
This led me to a different career path.
I think Accenture is a great company. It's just that the service desk is not for me. It's very consuming.
Please check your current employees first before you hire so many more. A lot of us current employees are being shifted to a different career path.
