Good for fresh graduates. Everyone is kind and will help you enhance your skills. Fast onboarding process for females (1-3 weeks), but not for males (usually, it takes 1-3 months). No discrimination, they just balance the gender, I think.
Hard to get a project. (But even if you're still on the bench and have no project, you still have your salary and bonuses -- no worries).
Won't be promoted easily. (You have to work hard to be recognized, but simple efforts are still appreciated by the project.)
