Resign With Nonsense Reasons
No pros except their communication culture. You can easily communicate with your hierarchies.
According to me, this is the worst company I have ever seen. They will tell you to resign with some nonsensical reasons when they face market downtime or financial issues, even though you are working properly and contributing a lot to your project. My suggestion is: don't join Accenture as a fresher.
Don't join as freshers at Accenture.
