Work/Life balance is simply perfect.
Randomly, some very good opportunity knocks at your door.
Employee management could be bettered, and that would certainly be appreciated.
Requirements of an employee are generally ignored if they are on the bench (not involved in any project activity).
Bring more options to fresher employees. Options that will help a fresher to explore what all exists in a big organization. It's quite hard for a fresher to get to know everything.
