Local management is great; there's no control over salary, though. Honestly, the company lives on a reputation pre-recession. Make sure you join consulting, not another workforce.
Low pay, bad PTO, workforces are a scam. Lots of corporate games. Honestly, this company is what is wrong with modern corporations.
