The people I work with are great. I'm given a task but not micromanaged on how to complete it. I am usually able to get help when stuck on a problem. Several good discounts.
Base pay is extremely on the low end when compared to a person with similar experience in the same location.
No college reimbursement program.
Bonuses are not given to low-end employees.
Make the pay competitive and offer college compensation programs for people finishing school and/or looking to continue into a Master's or Ph.D. program.
