Pros

The work benefits seem endless. On top of medical, dental, and vision benefits, they have incredible discounts on a great number of name-brand consumer items.

The people are great to work with and are very supportive of new hires and their learning processes.

The company also requires you to take a certain amount of training every year, and they pay for it all. You are reviewed every 6 months to a year and have a chance for a large pay raise each time and possibly a promotion (in job description only), which could include an additional raise.

Cons

Even though I just sit at a computer desk all day, I'm not allowed to wear headphones and listen to music while I work. I do understand the "whys" of this, though. It does make the communication lines between people feel more open; you don't feel that people might not be listening to you.

Advice to Management

I'm not sure if I really have some advice. My short experience with Accenture has been better than I could have imagined. I've met a great deal of talented people that I will be glad to work with as I learn and grow with the company.
