Great learning experience. Location preference is available.
Culture is not good, a bit overworked.
1. HR will ask you via SMS if you are available for an interview. 2. The interview is via phone call only. Most questions are non-technical since the role is for fresh graduates only. 3. HR will ask you what programming languages you are knowledgeabl
It was a smooth process. One cognitive and technical assessment, and a communication round followed by an interview. In the interview, HR questions were asked, and resume-based questions. The process took 15 days until the interview.
The interview was around 15-20 minutes. There were no technical questions, only project-related and HR-type questions. Basically, they checked communication skills and fluency in English. Accenture, I think, mostly prefers Java-trained candidates.
