- Toxic OT culture

- When you leave on time, everyone looks at you with surprise, even though you have completed your work.
- No one leaves at 6:30, no one comes at 9:30 because you are expected to OT, even though management doesn't expect it, the scrum team lead sort of expects it.
- Absolutely no work-life balance.
- OT/overnight Thursdays.
- Be careful: as a contractor, you may end up doing more work than full-time Accenture employees and get compensated way less than them.
Stop rewarding people who OT by approving their cab ride claims and providing free dinners. This is encouraging people to OT almost daily.
