It's been three months since I applied, and I still have no updates after I was interviewed last month (October). I had my assessment in August, an initial interview in October, and no news since.

Quick and straightforward. They will also gauge your English speaking skills, your programming skills, and make you explain previous work experience. Whether you like working in teams and how you work with one.

It's good. And because it's a computer program interview, that helps me to boost my confidence in answering the questions from the interview. It also gave me insights about the next step if I ever passed on the initial interview.
