Good HMO.
Good process management.
Competitive compensation, especially if you're starting.
Good alumni network.
Lots of non-work related activities.
If you want stability, then this is a good company. But if you want to improve in your technical skills and other soft skills, 2 years will hit the mark. I experienced a plateau in my one and a half years here. They can only give you limited responsibility. You'll either demand to move on to a new project or just resign to escape that stagnation.
Your teammates can either be toxic or uplifting; it depends on the project. I saw very cliquish attitudes. If you're from UP, ADMU, DLSU, and UST, it's like they try to ridicule your school for no apparent reason and exclude you based on that fact. But overall, I had very reliable teammates. What you'll hate is that everyone seems competitive.
It's good. And because it's a computer program interview, that helps me to boost my confidence in answering the questions from the interview. It also gave me insights about the next step if I ever passed on the initial interview.
You will take an assessment. If you passed, then you will proceed to the interview. Common interview questions include: "Tell me about yourself," "Are you willing to work overtime?" and "Are you willing to work on holidays?" Stuff like that.
It's been three months since I applied, and I still have no updates after I was interviewed last month (October). I had my assessment in August, an initial interview in October, and no news since.
