Accenture is a training ground, especially for fresh graduates. This became the stepping stone for IT graduates.
They also gave me a chance to become a Technical POC while on bench or during "training months," which really helped me learn more about what they are using and gain more experience.
Most of the IT projects here have a toxic manager or senior lead. Imagine you're having your first job and first project at the same time, but they are not ready to teach you as their junior. I remember they gave me a ticket issue that even the higher-ups couldn't resolve easily.
Check all the seniors' and managers' attitudes.
