Filing for PTO (paid time off) is really easy, and I never had a problem.
Not really a con, but just a heads up that the work environment is pretty competitive. It's still on a healthy level, but for some who aren't expecting it to be this competitive, it might be too overwhelming.
It's good. And because it's a computer program interview, that helps me to boost my confidence in answering the questions from the interview. It also gave me insights about the next step if I ever passed on the initial interview.
