Your salary will often be based on the following:
- Course, if it aligns with the position you are applying for.
- School. If you graduated from one of the top universities (well-known), your salary range is different (higher) from graduates from average schools.
- Latin honors, Dean's/President's list. Your recruiter will give you additional pay.
- Special considerations for them. I don't know their basis for this.
