ACN hires career shifters as long as you meet the specific requirements of the position that you are applying for.
Your salary will often be based on the following:
- Course, if it aligns with the position you are applying for.
- School. If you graduated from one of the top universities (well-known), your salary range is different (higher) from graduates from average schools.
- Latin honors, Dean's/President's list. Your recruiter will give you additional pay.
- Special considerations for them. I don't know their basis for this.

How they manage out employees. Misleading and unfair at times.

You cannot choose between projects.

They will put you in the role you don't prefer, depending on the demands.
