Great Job experience
I really liked how the company treated me while I was working there. It seemed that they really cared about my growth in the company and they usually provided with activities to help us make our work days better. I was lucky enough to have a great project manager as my boss and she was very thoughtful.
It's a bit hard to climb and get a better position inside the company since there aren't that many managing positions available per year.
Since it's a much demanding work with all the projects in each account, schedule should be more flexible and should approve more working from home days and more rest time during work hours.
