Great Job Experience
I really liked how the company treated me while I was working there. It seemed that they really cared about my growth in the company, and they usually provided activities to help us make our workdays better. I was lucky enough to have a great project manager as my boss, and she was very thoughtful.
It's a bit hard to climb and get a better position inside the company, since there aren't that many managing positions available per year.
Since it's demanding work with all the projects in each account, schedules should be more flexible, approving more working-from-home days and more rest time during work hours.
