Please make it a simple process so that everyone is not dependent on only one company.

They made me wait in the lobby online for 1 hour and 30 minutes. My scheduled time was 1 p.m. The interviewer let me in at 2:30. She was not at all interested in what I was saying. She asked about me and then told me the interview was over.
