First of all, the interviewer didn't join the call, so an alternate person took the interview. The selection process is worst; in spite of giving all the answers correctly, I got rejected. The selection criteria were not specified.

Simple, quick rejection. Very technical questions on some topics I was unaware of. As I did not meet the requirements, I was rejected. PLCs programming, data analysis, Python and HTML programming, etc.
