They hire dumb people with zero background knowledge as senior employees. We end up doing their work without any extra pay.
Lots of politics. Leaders bend the rules as they wish, and when we question them, they simply ignore us.
Managers talk like politicians. People lie here.
Respect employees. Don’t break their trust.

I recently attended an interview at Accenture where I was asked to introduce myself, discuss my projects, and at the end, they inquired if I had any questions for them. Overall, the interview went well.
Application Developer
The first round was Aptitude, the second round was Technical, and then the HR round. It's easy to crack the interview. Prepare the basics of aptitude and all projects thoroughly. Most of the time, questions will come from these. All the best!
