- Good for a start, you can learn a lot. Basically, they throw you in the deep water.
- A lot of workshops and courses to get knowledge.
- Extremely low salaries compared to the market (they sell you as a DevOps Engineer but pay you as an Analyst).
- Overtime and time pressure.
- A lot of people in high positions with mediocre technical knowledge.
