Pros

The pay is excellent; it is the reason why the vast majority of people go there.

Cons

Once you are hired at Accenture, you must get staffed onto a project by using Accenture's internal job listing portal or through connections.

Work is not guaranteed; you must find the work, and if you do not find work, you can be fired.

The frequency of work is entirely dependent on the company's ability to sell in the given economic climate, thus the job security can be unstable.

The work culture is also very cutthroat, and it is expected that your eyes and ears are on work material from when your eyes wake up until you go to sleep, and often on weekends as well.

For a lot of employees, this job ends up becoming their entire life, so be very aware of that.
