Your experience at Accenture in general is largely dependent on your practice, client, and team. You'll get by fine if you have an excellent team, even if you have demanding clients.
Implementations during the pandemic were a grind, and it was common for us to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, to deliver work. Most of the implementations I worked on involved some sort of overtime, but it peaked during that time. I found it difficult to connect with some of senior management, but those that I did connect with took me under their wing and gave me strong guidance when I needed it the most.
