- Huge opportunity to grow and learn new things.
- Work culture is very good.
- Internal switch of job is easy.
- Pay is good compared to its competitors.
- Work-life balance is not so good.
- HR roles and responsibilities are poor after onboarding.
- Alignment of the job with respect to previous experience is also where improvement can take place.
They should be more clear in hiring and profiles. Many employees are hired for a BA role, but they are never really given the opportunity to work as a BA.
