Training - As a starter in the industry or with experience, the company provides training and certification relevant to your career level and/or role, whether it be technical or soft skills.
Culture / Professional environment - Accenture is an international and big company. Employees will practice a standard level of professionalism to represent the company well to clients. Getting used to this environment will help you establish yourself professionally at all times, which may come in handy in the future as you move up the ladder. It is important to start early on so it becomes more natural for you in the future.
Compensation and benefits are great.
Career development - Programs and resources for building your career are available and structured. If properly utilized, you will be able to establish your career efficiently and can move up quicker.

New managers and new joiners on a management level: Learn relevant guidelines and adapt the environment accordingly. I personally found it challenging initially as you need to deliver results to junior resources, and it would be tough delivering not-so-good news.
Leadership: Please continue the Accenture culture, as I personally gained a lot and was able to establish myself outside.
