Pros

Good client exposure, good assets and methodology, helpful colleagues, 30 days annual vacation with 5 days carry forward, and a good pension.

Cons

No recognition and promotion for lateral hires, mediocre colleagues who survive due to internal SME help, a glass ceiling, and very subtle racism. Promotion is dependent on the likes and dislikes of the manager.

Advice to Management

Start to acknowledge lateral hires. Home-bred graduates who are promoted to senior managers do not have the depth of knowledge and experience to take Accenture forward.
