The first step was telephone screening with a robot-like voice person who just quickly went through the list of questions without actually waiting for my answer. At the end of the screening, I was given a link for a technical test, which was insane

There were a few scenario-based questions, such as, "How would you make employees at a company more aware of cybersecurity?" Then there was a task where you had to read through some files and write an email to the manager.
