Large company with tons of practices to get exposure to different industries. Benefits are great compared to other companies located in Florida.

It's really hard to stay motivated when there's a lot of politics and people progress more on network versus skills. There has been progress to address this issue, but more than ever in this pandemic, I feel a lack of "truly human" connection.

That being said, I am in a local office that has a strong local presence. I'm very fortunate :)

We are in unpredictable times, but if you want to keep top talent, you need to demonstrate that you care about people. Otherwise, if this is just a job, you will have a demoralized workforce that will clock in 9-to-5 with subpar work.
