Career growth options are available, but you can't choose preferences.
They place people in domains they need, so a developer can be put in support, or vice versa.
They don't seem to care about your skills. They only want you to have the skills and a certificate every year, just for priority. They don't need us to use those skills.
Give options to switch domains, change roles, or at least try to place people according to their skills.
