Easy communication with all employees of the company. A young and dynamic environment. Great social events. Flexibility in terms of working style and hours. Training and certification opportunities.
Low work-life balance. Low salary for analysts. Insufficient compensation and difficulties with promotion. Competitive work environment. Work is only project and client oriented, not aligned with employee's career goals.
All managers should consider employees' career goals and provide them with an appropriate career path.
