Training path promised during the interview but never executed, only mandatory courses required by law on company safety and office code of conduct. Very intrusive work culture. Teams too large, management always busy. Difficult to settle in if you come from a small company or if you are not paired with the right person. Administration difficult to reach. They forgot for 5 months to collect company equipment despite repeated requests. Once the dismissal was announced via email, everyone disappeared; for a month I received no work to do, neither tasks nor meetings.
